Care Instructions:
Hand wash only — never the dishwasher. Rinse with warm soapy water after
each use and dry the blade immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water
spots and oxidation. The high-carbon steel core is high-carbon steel, which performs
better than stainless but requires a little more care. Store on a magnetic
strip or in a block to protect the edge. Hone before each use and sharpen
when needed with a whetstone for best results.
