We want you to love your knives. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Standard Knife Sets — 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any standard (non-engraved) knife set for a full refund.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase

To start a return, email info@theepicureanchef.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Personalized Engraved Sets — All Sales Final

Because engraved items are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized sets unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your engraved set arrives damaged, email info@theepicureanchef.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Email info@theepicureanchef.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or defect

We'll take it from there.
