Shipping Policy

Free Shipping — Always

Every order placed on The Epicurean Chef ships free within the United States. No minimum order. No exceptions.

Standard Knife Sets
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days via UPS or USPS.

Personalized Engraved Sets
Engraved orders require additional production time. Please allow approximately 14 business days for production and shipping combined. Each engraved set is made to order specifically for you.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at info@theepicureanchef.com.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email info@theepicureanchef.com as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
