The blue burl resin handle is NSF food-safe certified, full-tang for perfect balance, and comfortable for extended slicing.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly immediately after use — never the dishwasher. The serrated edge is difficult to re-sharpen and dishwasher cycles accelerate dulling. Store on a magnetic strip or in a block. When sharpening is needed, use a serrated sharpener or a professional service.
