The 7” Damascus Santoku excels at fast, controlled prep work. Shorter and lighter than a standard chef’s knife, the hollow-edge divots reduce drag and prevent food from sticking, making every slice faster and cleaner.

VG10 high-carbon steel wrapped in 67 Damascus layers provides lasting sharpness. The black burl resin handle is bold, NSF food-safe certified, and full-tang for excellent balance.
