This 6” Damascus Boning Knife is built for the detailed, close-control work that separates skilled prep from wasted ingredients. The semi-flexible blade navigates joints, follows bones, and removes sinew and silverskin with control and accuracy that rigid blades simply can’t match.
67-layer Damascus construction around a VG10 high-carbon steel core delivers exceptional sharpness. The black burl resin handle is NSF food-safe certified, full-tang, and shaped for the controlled grip this type of work requires.

Always hand wash — never the dishwasher. The semi-flexible blade is susceptible to warping from dishwasher heat. Wash promptly after contact with raw meat, dry immediately, and store flat or in a sheath. Sharpen with a fine whetstone for best results.
