Care Instructions:
Hand wash only — never the dishwasher. A sharp edge is a safety issue as much as a performance one for in-hand paring work — a dull knife is more likely to slip. Sharpen regularly with a fine whetstone. Store on a magnetic strip or in a blade guard.
